Lizenzbestimmungen ''Firestorm Version 9.x'':

Das mit dieser Lizenz verbundene Softwareprodukt wird durch das Urheberrecht und andere internationale Verträge über geistiges Eigentum geschützt . Indem Sie das Softwareprodukt installieren, kopieren oder anderweitig benutzen , erklären Sie , an die Bestimmungen dieses Lizenzvertrags gebunden zu sein .
Lizenzeinräumung
Sie sind berechtigt
- die Software auf einem einzelnen Computer zu installieren und zu benutzen.
- sich zum Zwecke der Datensicherung eine Backup-Kopie von dem Softwareprodukt zu
erstellen.
- die Software als komplettes Paket ohne Veränderungen weiter zu geben unter Ein-
haltung dieser Bedingungen.

Sie sind nicht berechtigt
- Unterlizenzen daran zu vergeben.
- Die Software oder Teile davon in irgendeiner Weise zurückzuentwickeln , zu de-
kompilieren oder zu disassemblieren.

Garantie
Ich garantiert nicht, daß die Verwendung der Software ununterbrochen oder der Betrieb
der Software fehlerfrei oder gesichert sein wird oder daß die Software für irgendeinen
bestimmten Zweck einsetzbar ist . Ferner haben Sie nur die aktuell vorliegende Version
bezahlt. Ob neue Versionen kommen, entscheide ich allein.
Haftungsbeschränkung
Ich bin weder für irgendwelche Schäden (uneingeschränkt eingeschlossen sind Schäden
aus entgangenem Gewinn , Betriebsunterbrechung, Verlust von geschäftlichen Infor-
mationen oder von Daten oder anderen finanziellen Verlusten) ersatzpflichtig , die
aufgrund der Benutzung von dem Softwareprodukt oder dessen Unbenutzbarkeit entstehen.

Ungültige Vereinbarungen in diesem Lizenzvertrag berühren nicht gültige !

The software product under this License Agreement is protected by copyright and further international treaties on intellectual property. By installing, copying or otherwise using this software, you agree to comply with the provisions covered by this Licence Agreement.

Scope of license

You are entitled to

-install and use the software on a single computer.

-make a backup-copy of the software for record keeping.

-pass the software on - as a complete package - to a third person without altering its contents adhering to the provisions stipulated above.

You are not entitled to

-sublicense the software.

-reverse-engineer, de-compile or disassembly the software or any part of the software in any way.

Warranty

Carsten Heidtke Software does not guarantee: that the software can always be used without interruptions or failure, that it is safe in all instances, that it will be possible to use the software for your specific requirements.

Furthermore, please note that you have only purchased the current version. It will be up to the sole discretion of Carsten Heidtke Software when new versions will be published.

Limitation of warranty

Carsten Heidtke Software is not liable for any damage (with the unlimited exclusion of damage from unrealised profits, operational or business interruption, loss of business information or data or other financial losses) which arises due to the use of the software product or of it being unserviceable.

Should this License Agreement include any invalid provisions, this does not affect any valid provisions which will remain in effect.
